East Africa Floods 2023
After years of prolonged drought in the Horn of Africa, heavy rainfall in October and November has caused massive flooding displacing more than 700,000 people throughout Ethiopia, Somalia, and Kenya. The region has been struggling with famine from food insecurity due to the drought since 2020. People are in need of urgent food and shelter.
