  • March 12, 2010 - Hidaya buys 53 metric tons (116,600 lbs) of rice during the week of March 8 to March 12 for projects such as One Million Meals , Fidya , and Kaffara.
  • March 4, 2010 - Hidaya Foundation completed its 2009 Financial Audit on February 23, 2010. Click here to see Hidaya's 2009 Financial Audit.
  • March 1, 2010 - Hidaya Foundation has shipped its 1st container (40 ft.) of the year 2010 for the poor in Pakistan.  During 2009 total of 16 containers (40 feet) were shipped.
  • Feb. 21, 2010 - Hidaya started distribution of tree seedlings to students and communities in villages for its 2010 One million trees campaign. Over 35,000 seedlings will be planted this spring.
  • Jan. 11, 2010 - Hidaya started its new session of Software Engineering Skills & Development Training on Jan. 4, 2010.  Over 102 Software Engineering Internees will be given training in PHP, ASP.Net and development skills. During 2009 Hidaya trained over 50 software engineers and most of them successfully found employment.

Sitara-e-Isaar Awarded to Hidaya Foundation

Hidaya Foundation was awarded Sitara-i-Eisaar (Star of Sacrifice) by the Government of Pakistan, in recognition of the results-oriented relief efforts during the 2005 earthquake in Pakistan.

Hidaya Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) with FEIN 77-0502583. All cash and in-kind donations are tax deductible. Hidaya puts it’s best effort to utilize the funds donated for a specific project, sometimes circumstances dictate we use funds otherwise.
