Mission

 

To implement educational, environmental, social welfare, and health care programs in economically depressed areas of Asia, Africa and North America, with focus on projects which promote self-employment.

 

Priorities

  • To educate the masses and spread literacy, particularly among women, in order to bring about a sustainable change in the society.
  • To focus toward future self-employment with the hope of breaking the cycle of ongoing dependency, while giving immediate assistance to families in the current crisis.

Hidaya Foundation makes sure all its cash and in-kind donations are distributed in accordance with international laws. Hidaya Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religious affiliation, sex, age, physical appearance, country of origin, language or educational background.

Hidaya Foundation does not indulge in any kind of lobbying or other political activities and does not have any intention of doing so in the future. There is no budget for such activities per its charter. Hidaya Foundation does not use its funds for purposes of religious proselytizing in any way. Exposure or adherence to the organization’s religious doctrine is not required of the beneficiaries. Hidaya Foundation tries to use all funds precisely as specified by donors to the best of its ability. However, under unexpected circumstances, Hidaya Foundation reserves the right to channel funds elsewhere.
