Imam Zadis' Husband Gul Baig passed away due to snake bite while working in the field.  He left behind his wife and his young son Sajid.  After the death of Gul Baig, his brothers did not help support Imam Zadi. She left her husband’s home to live with her old father.

Although her father was unemployed, she her child and her father survived because of support from relatives and neighbors. However, this support decreased over time. Imam Zadi decided to work in the field as a farmer and tried to provide for her and child’s needs. Imam Zadi enrolled her child in school, but had to disenroll him due to lack of money.  Her son began working at a shop and was earning Rs: 250 ($ 3.125) every month.

Imam Zadi wanted her child to continue his education but due to her situation, it was not possible. Hidaya started to support her and her child through its ‘No Orphan without Education Project.’ Hidaya continued to support the family through the ‘Self Employment Project' and was given a goat. Imam Zadi was very grateful that she received a goat from Hidaya.
