Container Shipment Project  

 
Accomplishments:

In 2007, Hidaya Foundation shipped a total of 12 forty ft. containers for the poor and needy of Pakistan until December 3, 2007. 

 

The containers were filled with valuable in-kind items including but not limited to new and used summer and winter clothing, blankets, shoes, household items, children and baby toys and supplies, school equipment, office equipment, medical equipment, computer equipment, educational books, and tents. 

 

In 2007, the total in-kind value of items that were shipped and distributed to the poor came out to be $205,071.

Sitara-e-Isaar Awarded to Hidaya Foundation

Hidaya Foundation was awarded Sitara-i-Eisaar (Star of Sacrifice) by the Government of Pakistan, in recognition of the results-oriented relief efforts during the 2005 earthquake in Pakistan.

Hidaya Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) with FEIN 77-0502583. All cash and in-kind donations are tax deductible. Hidaya puts it’s best effort to utilizie the funds donated for a specific project, sometimes circumstances dictate we use funds otherwise.
