In Open Source technology, interns learn PHP, MySQL, CMS (Joomla), CSS, Java Script, HTML and AJAX etc. In Microsoft, graduates learn Dot.Net module including core C#.Net, ASP.Net 3.5/4.0, Basic & Advanced ASP.Net, ASP. Students from rural areas, and those who are facing financial difficulties, are supported by stipend for their day-to-day living expenses. Four months training is offered to them on no-tuition basis. Less than 5% of Interns coming from a strong financial background do not receive a stipend and pay for their tuition. Currently, Hidaya has the capacity of training 160 software engineers every four months or 480 software engineers each year.
It costs Approximately $300-$500 for a training of 468 class hours (four months) to train an economically weak software engineer who is capable to start his free lance software development work or join a software house successfully.
