No Orphan without Education - Each month, 693 Orphans and 291 of their widowed Mothers or Guardians received assistance in the form of cash $25 - $50 (based on family size).
- Admission fees, examination fees, and enrollment fees were paid directly to the school for each child.
- Besides a monthly stipend, Orphans and their widowed Mothers received in-kind support:
- Water Coolers (one per family): Sent from USA through Hidaya's Container Shipment Project.
- Blankets: (one per family member) Sent from USA through Hidaya's Container Shipment Project.
- Shoes: Donated by community in USA and sent to Pakistan via Hidaya's Container Shipment Project.
- Clothes: Donated by community in USA and sent to Pakistan via Hidaya's Container Shipment Project.
- Two pairs of uniforms, two pairs of shoes, school books, school supplies, and school bags were given to Orphans directly.
- 38 Orphans and widowed Mothers were motivated to send their children back to school so they can continue their education.
- 3 other Orphan students were admitted to school who were previously unable to attend school.
- Approx. 10% of the Orphan children attended basic Information Technology Training classes at Hidaya which included MS Windows, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
